Barclays maintains an 'Overweight' on HCA Holdings (NYSE: HCA) price target of $30.00.

Barclays analyst says, "Our bottom line on HCA is that while there are concerns about Medicare case mix and the potential for Medicare rate cuts, there are a lot of good things occurring too; however, the market appears to be primarily focused on the negative items and is dismissing the items that may mitigate the downside as well as the positive things that are going on in the business. With the stock trading at 5.4x 2012 EBITDA and 6.0x 2012 EPS, we believe there is significant upside potential in the stock."
