Newcastle Investment (NCT) Raises Quarterly Dividend 50% to $0.15; Yields 12.1%

Newcastle Investment Corp. (NYSE: NCT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share, or $0.60 annualized. This is a 50% increase from the prior dividend of $0.10.

The dividend will be payable on October 28, 2011, to stockholders of record on October 3, 2011, with an ex-dividend date of September 29, 2011.

The annual yield on the dividend is 12.1 percent.
