Analysts at Deutsche Bank initiated coverage on Target (NYSE: TGT) shares with a Hold rating and $50 price target Wednesday afternoon.
While the firm does "commend" management on several outside the box initiatives over the last couple years (blending in P-Fresh and 5%, to name one), Deutsche is concerned macro issues will offset these positives. The firm also feels the Street's current FY12 EPS estimate ($4.22) is overly optimistic.
