eBay (EBAY) Shares Dip as DoJ Criminally Probing Employees Regarding Use of Craigslist

eBay (Nasdaq: EBAY) shares are falling after hours Tuesday as Reuters is citing a copy of a San Jose grand jury subpoena which discloses a criminal probe into whether eBay employees misappropriated confidential info from Craigslist.
The subpoena was originally issue last week on behalf of the Department of Justice. The DoJ is requesting a number of documents, including some pertaining to eBay Founder and Chairman Pierre Omidyar.
At last check, eBay shares were down about 1.2 percent to $29.01.
