Goldman Sachs initiates coverage on Catalyst Health Solutions (NASDAQ: CHSI) with a Neutral rating and $60 price target.
The firm notes that CHSI is one of the fastest growing PBMs with 23% forward 3-yr EPS CAGR. However, the firm said synergy potential is largely reflected at 16.9x their 2012E EPS versus 12.2x for the group.
