Life Partners Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: LPHI), issued a correction from an earlier release which stated that three of its executive officers are defendants in an enforcement proceeding by the SEC.
According to an amended filing, the SEC is conducting an investigation and these officers are named in a Wells Notice. The SEC has not, however, initiated an enforcement proceeding and these officers are not defendants.
