KeyBanc analyst says, "DCT is a small cap focused industrial REIT with interests in 78msf of industrial real estate assets across 25 markets in the United States and Mexico. The largest portfolio concentrations are in Atlanta, Southern California, Memphis, Dallas and Houston, representing 9.2%, 8.9%, 7.9%, 7.5% and 7.5% of annualized rents, respectively."
