- Financial Select Sector SPDR (NYSE: XLF) up 3.17 percent to $12.71. The ETF is being led by Bank of America Corp. (NYSE: BAC) Wednesday, after the bank reported it would be streamlining operations. BofA is up 5.6 percent on the news.
- United States Oil (NYSE: USO) up 2.98 percent to $34.59. October crude contracts are $2.89 to $88.91 per barrel on the Comex as market rebound and sentiment for continued growth increases, and President Obama is expected to announce a $300 billion to $400 billion stimulus plan on Thursday.
- Semiconductor HOLDRs (NYSE: SMH) up 2.25 percent to $28.60. Semis are trending along with the broader market today, bolstered by Texas Instruments (NYSE: TXN), which is trading higher after being upgraded by Caris & Co. from Below Average to Average this morning. Texas Instruments is up 3 percent Wednesday.

- iPath S&P 500 VIX Short-Term Futures ETN (NYSE: VXX) down 2.60 percent to $41.62. The CBOE VIX is 6.3 percent lower following reports that Germany's top court rejected lawsuits which were aimed at blocking Germany's participation in bailing out Greece. With eased market concerns, even if slightly, volatility has been ebbed. The Index is still relatively high at about $34.
- SPDR Gold Shares (NYSE: GLD) down 3.38 percent to $176.72. Traders are opting for risk equity on the potential for further stimulus in the U.S. Gold is $86 lower to $1817.3 per ounce on the Comex, a drop of about 3 percent.
- PowerShares DB US Dollar Index Bullish (NYSE: UUP) down 0.32 percent to $21.48. Like gold, as investors seek more risk they are moving out of safe havens like the U.S. dollar. The drop is putting the EUR/USD 0.32 percent better to €1.4051.
