Deutsche Bank upgraded Nasdaq OMX Group Inc. (NASDAQ: NDAQ) from Hold to Buy, maintains price target of $27.00.
Deutsche analyst says, "We are upgrading NDAQ to Buy from Hold as the risk/reward is becoming too attractive. While NDAQ has lost some fans post the M&A wave, we like the risk/reward given favorable core trends, healthy cash generation (possible buybacks in 2H11-2012), and an attractive valuation (~8x PE and ~5x EBITDA - current year)."
