Magal Security Systems Ltd (NASDAQ: MAGS) reported Q2 EPS of $0.01, versus ($0.15) reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $15.7 million, versus $11.4 million reported last year.
The company also announced that its Board of Directors has resolved to delist the Company's ordinary shares from trading on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE). Consequently, Magal intends to apply to the TASE and request that TASE initiate the delisting process.
