UBS maintains a 'Neutral' on Kemet (NYSE: KEM), but slashes price target from $16 to $9.50.

UBS analyst says, "Given the leverage in the model (UBSe 50% incr. GM), we foresee FY12/FY13 Revs/EPS of $1b/$1.50, $1b/$1.56 vs. $1.08b/$2.01, $1.12b/$2.12, prev. Our CY12E EPS goes to $1.34 from $2.05 prev. A less severe macro environment, better pricing, and higher restructuring savings from F&E, could yield upside to our estimates. The stock appears cheap on several metrics but earnings visibility is limited."
