Benchmark analyst says, "We believe Overland is a turnaround story in the storage sector with potential upside from its patent litigation. In our view, OVRL’s “broken” valuation (0.5x EV/FY12E revenue) and our Speculative rating appropriately reflect the Company’s cash burn, distressed history and the implicit risk in the turnaround story. As such, we recommend Overland’s shares for aggressive investors interested in long-term turnaround stories."
