Perfect World Co. (NASDAQ: PWRD) 8.2% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $1.01, $0.44 better than the analyst estimate of $0.57. Revenue for the quarter came in at $120.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $107.8 million. Based on the Company's current operations, total revenues for the third quarter of 2011 are expected to be between RMB756 million and RMB803 million, representing a range similar to the revenues in the second quarter of 2011, but still an increase of 15% to 22% on a year-over-year basis.

Focus Media Holding Limited (NASDAQ: FMCN) 6.2% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.44, $0.07 better than the analyst estimate of $0.37. Revenue for the quarter came in at $179 million versus the consensus estimate of $162.69 million. Sees Q3 2011 revenue of $175-$177 million, versus the consensus of $174.04 million.

Virtusa Corp. (NASDAQ: VRTU) 4.9% HIGHER; will replace SFN Group Inc. (NYSE: SFN) in the S&P SmallCap 600 index after the close of trading on Monday, August 29.

GT Advanced Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ: GTAT) 3.6% HIGHER; will replace Radiant Systems Inc. (NASDAQ: RADS) in the S&P SmallCap 600 index after the close of trading on Wednesday, August 24.

Tuesday Morning Corp (NASDAQ: TUES) 3.1% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.03), $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.04). Revenue for the quarter came in at $194.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $194.8 million. The company's board of directors has authorized the company to repurchase up to $5 million of the company's common stock. Sees FY2012 EPS of $0.22-$0.26, versus the consensus of $0.13. Sees FY2012 revenue of $828-$834 million, versus the consensus of $818.90 million.

Saks Incorporated (NYSE: SKS) 2.8% HIGHER; Carlos Slim bought 621,000 shares of Saks on 8/18 at prices from $7.72-$8.01
