Cincinnati Financial Corp (NASDAQ: CINF) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.4025 per share, or $1.61 annualized. This is a 0.6% increase from the prior dividend of $0.40.

The dividend will be payable on October 17, 2011, to stockholders of record on September 21, 2011, with an ex-dividend date of September 19, 2011.

The annual yield on the dividend is 6.3 percent.
