Goldman Sachs downgraded Lexmark International (NYSE: LXK) from Neutral to Sell with a price target of $25 (down from $36), which suggests 20% downside.

The firm said Dell (Nasdaq: DELL) and Lexmark continue to face secular challenges, and with business model transformations still under way, they view these stocks as particularly vulnerable in this environment.
