Jefferies downgraded Gaylord Entertainment (NYSE: GET) from Buy to Hold with a price target of $27 (down from $40), citing limited earnings visibility and
limited asset transaction likelihood.

The firm comments, "While the group business tends to be more inherently visible than transient business, we believe GET shares future performance will be dependent on future bookings, which are tied to corporate confidence levels and propensity to spend."
