Broadcom Corp (NASDAQ: BRCM) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.09 per share, or $0.36 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on September 12, 2011, to stockholders of record on August 11, 2011, with an ex-dividend date of August 9, 2011.
