Rochdale Securities' Dick Bove upgraded shares of Goldman Sachs (NYSE: GS) from Sell to Neutral Wednesday morning.

Bove, who recently nailed it with his "sell everything" call just before last week's sharp decline, had a $120 price target on Goldman shares. Looking at a chart of this week, you can see Bove was just about right on.

According to StreetInsider.com's Ratings Insider portal, any investor who began shorting the stock when Bove downgraded it on May 12th would have caught a very nice 17 percent gain.
