Nomura Securities maintains a 'Buy' on Walt Disney (NYSE: DIS), price target lowered from $45 to $42.

Nomura analyst, Michael Nathanson, says, "We are reducing F4Q EPS by $0.16 to $0.54 and FY11 from $2.59 to $2.50. Flowing through, we are decreasing FY12 EPS to $2.92 from $2.98. Recently, DIS has not lived up to the earnings-beatings behavior it is known for. Although inexpensive, given both the high quality of its cable assets and low park profitability, the stock is likely to be rangebound unless the macro outlook brightens or earnings begin to beat expectations again."
