Nomura Securities maintains a 'Buy' on CenturyLink, Inc. (NYSE: CTL).
Nomura analyst, McCormack, said, "Updated estimate to reflect the supplemental detailed pro-forma historical data, which was disclosed shortly following CenturyLink’s 2Q11 results. Our revised estimates now include the Qwest and Savvis acquisitions, as if they had been acquired on January 1, 2011, as well as adjustments for estimated future integration costs. Our 2012 total revenue estimate adjusts to $18.32B from $17.16B. Our 2012 EBITDA estimate increases to $7.99B from 7.54B, while full year diluted EPS moves to $1.80 from $2.71. We reiterate that FCF drives value for CTL shareholders, and think patient investors will be rewarded for investment in the shares."
