PennantPark Floating Rate Capital Ltd. (NASDAQ: PFLT) declared a monthly dividend of $0.07 per share, or $0.84 annualized. This is a 16.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.06.

The dividend will be payable on September 1, 2011, to stockholders of record on August 22, 2011, with an ex-dividend date of August 18, 2011.

The annual yield on the dividend is 7.2 percent.
