Monsanto Co. (MON) Raises Quarterly Dividend 7.1% to $0.30; 1.7% Yield

Monsanto Co. (NYSE: MON) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.30 per share, or $1.2 annualized. This is a 7.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.28.

The dividend will be payable on October 28, 2011, to stockholders of record on October 7, 2011, with an ex-dividend date of October 5, 2011.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.7 percent.
