Wedbush downgraded Anthera Pharma (NASDAQ: ANTH) from Outperform to Neutral, price target lowered from $9 to $7.

Wedbush analyst says, "We are downgrading ANTH as our valuation suggests that additional upside may be fleeting in the near-term. Although the company has executed very well on progressing its late-stage clinical programs, we believe this success is largely reflected in the current stock price. Indeed, shares of ANTH have increased 92% since our initiation on 10/6/2010 (compared to an 11% rise in the S&P 500 index); and we are stepping to the sidelines in the wake of such a dramatic rise, particularly since we do not expect the next major milestone until Q2:2012."
