Corporate Office Properties Trust (OFC) Posts Q2 EPS Loss of $0.42 and FFO Gain of $0.57

Corporate Office Properties Trust (NYSE: OFC) reported Q2 EPS of ($0.42), $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.47). Revenue for the quarter came in at $146.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $140.4 million.

Funds from operations per diluted share for the second quarter of 2011 was $0.57, a 6% increase from the $0.54 FFO per share reported in the second quarter of 2010.
