Penn Virginia Resource Partners L.P. (PVR) Tops Q2 EPS by 14c, Posts FY11 Guidance, Declares Dividend

Penn Virginia Resource Partners L.P. (NYSE: PVR) reported Q2 EPS of $0.50, $0.14 better than the analyst estimate of $0.36. Revenue for the quarter came in at $310.32 million versus the consensus estimate of $257.98 million.

PVR now anticipates full year 2011 EBITDA in the range of $240 million to $260 million and full year 2011 distributable cash flow in the range of $145 million to $160 million.

The Board of Directors of Penn Virginia Resource GP, LLC declared a quarterly cash distribution of $0.49 per unit payable on August 12, 2011 to unitholders of record as of August 8, 2011. The distribution equates to an annualized rate of $1.96 per unit, and represents a 2.1% increase over the prior quarter and a 4.3% increase over the second quarter of 2010.
