Nomura Securities maintains a 'Buy' on Dover Corp. (NYSE: DOV) price target raised from $81 to $83.
Nomura analyst, Shannon O’Callaghan, says, "We are raising our 2011 EPS estimate to $4.60 from $4.45 and 2012 to $5.20 from $5.05. As growth in the sector slows with the maturing industrial cycle, we think Dover’s premium growth drivers in Energy and Communication Components can continue to enable the stock to break away from the pack. Despite its growth drivers, Dover still trades at a discount (~14.5x our 2011 EPS estimate vs. group at ~16x)."
