Goldman Sachs initiates coverage on Quality Systems (NASDAQ: QSII) with a Neutral rating and $85 price target.
The firm states, "Our channel checks and physician surveys suggest positive feedback regarding Quality Systems ambulatory electronic medical record (EMR) NextGen. While we estimate that Quality Systems will be able to defend its ambulatory market share, our analysis suggests that current consensus estimates leave limited room for upside."
The firm's EPS estimates for FY2012E/2013E/2014E of $2.72/$3.28/$3.90 compare with consensus of $2.78/$3.41/$3.93.
