Nomura Securities maintains a 'Neutral' on Intel (NASDAQ: INTC), PT $23.
Nomura analyst, Romit Shah, said, "We believe an in-line quarter and guide from Intel next week will likely give shares a short-term boost. That said, we would be incrementally more cautious on strength. In our view, the stock is not discounting a challenging environment for PC demand, market share loss next year (Windows-on-ARM), and low cash flow generation. Our estimates are unchanged at $0.50 in Q2, $0.61 in Q3, and $2.30 in CY11."
