Goldman Sachs upgraded Olympic Steel (NASDAQ: ZEUS) from Sell to Neutral, saying they see significant accretion from its recent acquisition of Chicago Tube & Iron.

The firm estiamtes the acquisition would add about $0.60-$0.90 per share in EPS.

Goldman raised raise 2011-2013 and normalized EPS estimates to $2.55, $2.60, $2.90, $3.10 from $2.34, $2.00, $2.30 and $2.50. They raised their 6-month price target for ZEUS to $29.00 from $27.50.
