UBS maintains a 'Neutral' on Diodes (NASDAQ: DIOD), PT cut from $34 to $27.

UBS analyst says, "Based on lowered 2H sales, our C11E sales decline slightly to $705m while lower gross margin of 34.0% (down 40bps) leads to a -3% EPS decline to $1.70 vs Cons of $703m/$1.78. C12 sales are essentially unchanged at $769m but EPS declines -2% to $1.92 on gross margin of 34.2% (down 60bps) vs Cons of $768m/$2.02."
