Wedbush downgraded Radient Systems (NASDAQ: RADS) from Outperform to Neutral. PT raised by $2 to $28.

Wedbush analyst says, "We believe the bid to acquire Radiant Systems by NCR (NYSE: NCR) for $28/share provides a solid strategic exit and comes at a fair valuation. We believe that the deal has a high probability of being completed, given the level of fit and mutual interest. Therefore, we are downgrading to NEUTRAL and removing from the Best Ideas List. Shares have appreciated +18.3% since the inclusion to the list on 1/21/2011."
