Nomura Securities maintains a 'Buy' on Danaher (NYSE: DHR), PT increased by $5 to $65.

Nomura analyst Shannon O’Callaghan, said, "Following the dismal jobs report on Friday (7/8), we thought it was a good time to highlight the acyclical earnings driver that the Beckman Coulter acquisition (closed 6/30) represents for Danaher. We believe Beckman offers ample opportunity for cost-driven margin improvement, an area where Danaher excels and where we see potential for upside. We are raising our 2011 EPS estimate by $0.10 to $2.85 and our 2012 EPS estimate by $0.30 to $3.45 to reflect the closing of Beckman (June 30)...We expect a solid 2Q from Danaher, and are comfortable with our $0.67 EPS estimate while seeing some potential for a little upside."
