KeyBanc downgraded Teradata (NYSE: TDC) from Buy to Hold.

KeyBanc analyst says, "We are downgrading shares of TDC as we find it a bit more challenging at these levels to aggressively suggest "new money" move into the name. As displayed below, TDC shares have enjoyed significant price appreciation over the last couple of years, including in recent months, reflecting a number of factors that we still believe represent a strong core foundation to maintain existing positions in the name (hence our HOLD rating)."

"2011 non-GAAP EPS estimate maintained at $2.22 (consensus $2.21)...2Q11 non-GAAP EPS estimate unchanged at $0.55 vs. $0.46 (consensus $0.53)...2012 non-GAAP EPS estimate remains $2.57 (consensus $2.55)."
