Ecology and Environment (EEI) Raises Semi-Annual Dividend 9.1% to $0.24; 2.8% Yield

Ecology and Environment (NASDAQ: EEI) declared a semi-annual dividend of $0.24 per share, or $0.48 annualized. This is a 9.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.22.

The dividend will be payable on August 5, 2011, to stockholders of record on July 18, 2011, with an ex-dividend date of July 14, 2011.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.8 percent.
