FBR Capital reiterates an 'Outperform' on Visa (NYSE: V), PT $96.

FBR analyst says, "We reiterate our rating on Visa and maintain our price target based upon Visa's introduction of FY12 guidance for annual EPS growth in the mid to high teens and revenue growth in the high-single-digit range/low-doubledigit range, in line with our estimates (10.3% net revenue growth and 18% EPS growth), and we note the company's historically conservative approach to providing guidance. Importantly, FY12 will bear the brunt of the financial impact, setting up for accelerating net revenue and EPS growth in FY13. While investors may be disappointed by the slowdown in FY12 YOY profit growth, we view the impact as manageable and expect the continued global secular transition from cash/paper to plastic/electronic transactions to drive earnings growth and multiple expansion."
