Goldman Sachs downgraded Portland General Electric Company (NYSE: POR) from Buy to Neutral and lowers their price target from $26 to $25.

The firm said risk/reward is less attractive with year-to-date outperform and lower 2013 EPS forecasts.

Goldman recommends investors rotate out of Portland General Electric and into El Paso Electric Co. (NYSE: EE) or Great Plains Energy Incorporated (NYSE: GXP).
