at 04:51 PM Principle Its great to talk 5.24% but what about the loss of 40% of our principle. Then the rate is 3% and not very competitive for a utility.

at 03:55 PM Aquila (ILA) Transaction I would like to know why KCP&L was allowed to buy Aquila. Not only is it a bad investment, they get to stick the taxpayers with paying for it with a rate hike. Are you looking out for the consummer or the power companies? I would also like to know who oversees the Commission and why you seem to just rubber stamp every thing the companies submit to you with no consideration for consumers. Donald Meinen
