Barclays maintains an 'Overweight' on Estee Lauder (NYSE: EL), PT increased from $100 to $115.

Barclays analyst says, "Estee Lauder's international affiliates reinforce the revenue story. After spending two days with the company's Group President of International, Cedric Prouvé, and its CFO, Rick Kunes, we were reminded of the importance of International, which accounts for nearly 65% of Estee Lauder's sales, remarkably more than 75% of its profits and thus, the bulk of its earnings growth. As has been the case in the U.S., Estee Lauder has managed to reinvigorate its "legacy" market positions while also proactively and creatively pursuing newer growth opportunities across geographies, brands and channels." (Barclays raises FY12 EPS estimate from $4.21 to $4.26)
