Deutsche Bank affirms a 'Buy' on McCormick & Company (NYSE: MKC), PT increased from $55 to $56.

Deutsche analyst says, "Despite the tough environment, McCormick is delivering on its promises. This incl. driving growth in core global segments (Consumer, Industrial) via new products, distribution while keeping a solid B/S. Leading share is allowing for sufficient pricing to offset inputs with accretive emerging market M&A positive LT...With solid core fundamentals, $0.06+ EPS accretion from M&A in F2012, we raise EPS and view the stock as attractive."
