Monsanto Company (NYSE: MON) reported Q3 EPS of $1.26, $0.15 better than the analyst estimate of $1.11. Revenue for the quarter came in at $3.59 billion versus the consensus estimate of $3.38 billion.
Sees FY2011 EPS of $2.82-$2.86, versus the consensus of $2.82. The company had previously guided EPS to come in at $2.72-$2.82. Raises its free-cash flow guidance for the year to a range of $1.1-$1.3 billion.
