Matrix Service Co. (Nasdaq: MTRX) announced that its subsidiary, Matrix Service Industrial Contractors Inc., has been awarded a contract for a new heat recovery boiler at ConocoPhillips (NYSE: COP) Bayway Refinery in Linden, New Jersey. Matrix Service's scope includes structural steel, equipment, piping, ducting and mechanical erection. This ConocoPhillips project is expected to generate approximately 200 skilled labor jobs in the New Jersey area over the course of construction for Matrix Service and other contractors.
