Nomura Securities initiates coverage on Dollar Financial (NASDAQ: DLLR) with a Neutral. PT $24.
Nomura analyst, Brian Foran, says, "Dollar’s payday and pawn roll-up make sense by consolidating fragmented UK, Canada, and online lending markets. Moreover, Dollar is more than just a roll-up, as it has shown an ability to improve productivity of acquired stores and deliver positive operating leverage. That said, we think current consensus estimates are about right after a year of positive surprises. Thus, from here the story is more about growing with earnings, which admittedly still look decent with likely double-digit EPS growth."
