Canaccord Genuity reiterates a 'Buy' on Oracle (NASDAQ: ORCL), raises PT to $38.

Canaccord analyst, Richard Davis, said, "Q1/12 outlook better than feared; estimates inch modestly higher. A Q1 (ending August) expectation for currency-boosted revenue growth of 9-12% was modestly ahead of consensus. The firm expects mid-teens software license growth versus a tough y-o-y comparison, and management issued a non-GAAP EPS range that brackets consensus. We have inched our F2012 revenue and non-GAAP EPS estimates higher by $350 million and $0.02 to $39.35B and $2.37, which represents 10% y-o-y revenue growth and 120 bps non-GAAP operating margin improvement."
