Citadel Securities reiterates an 'Add' on Intel (NASDAQ: INTC), PT $27.

Citadel analyst says, "With the recent launch of Llano, AMD's (NYSE: AMD) second generation APU family, notebook market share loss joins a host of other concerns weighing on Intel's stock. We think this latest issue, much like the others (e.g., excess channel inventory, impact from tablet growth), is a legitimate source of concern, but one whose impact is being overestimated by the market. Based on our view of preliminary benchmarks of AMD's high-end offering, the A8, Llano's ultimate competitive and market positioning leaves it with a modest and temporary differentiation at best (based on graphics capability and battery life), in a segment of the market where such an advantage will likely go unrewarded."
