Nomura Securities maintains a 'Buy' on Carnival Corporation (NYSE: CCL).

Nomura analyst, Harry Curtis, said, "We believe 2H11 net yield weakness is a temporary pause in a strong net yield recovery. This view is supported by the continued strength of CCL’s North American brands, which may have net yield gains of ~3% through 2H11. Total bookings for the balance of 2011 are at higher prices YOY, but occupancy is slightly lower. Booking volumes ran ahead of last year for the past six weeks in the North America, Europe, Australia and Asia brands. This positive trend could provide some upside to our 1.8% net yield estimate in 4Q."
