Bank of South Carolina (NASDAQ: BKSC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share, or $0.4 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on July 29, 2011, to stockholders of record on July 8, 2011, with an ex-dividend date of July 6, 2011.
The annual yield on the dividend is 3.9 percent.
Bank of South Carolina Corporation announced today that it has filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission a shelf registration statement on Form S-3 providing for the offer and sale from time to time over a three year period, in one or more public offerings, up to $10 million in common stock or debt securities.
The dividend will be payable on July 29, 2011, to stockholders of record on July 8, 2011, with an ex-dividend date of July 6, 2011.
