Achillion Pharma (Nasdaq: ACHN) 20.8% HIGHER; prices 9.6 million shares at $5.90 per share.

AeroVironment, Inc. (Nasdaq: AVAV) 19.5% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.79, 10 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.69. Revenue for the quarter came in at $106.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $99.16 million. Sees FY2012 EPS of $1.28 to $1.35, versus the consensus of $1.25. Sees FY2012 revenue of $321 to $326 million, versus the consensus of $320.5 million.

Asia Entertainment & Resources Ltd. (Nasdaq: AERL) 17.1% HIGHER; has declared a semi-annual dividend of $0.10 per common share, $0.20 annualized. Yield on the dividend is 3.6 percent. Further, Lighting is expected to report low single-digit comparable sales growth in the second quarter of 2011.

La-Z-Boy, Inc. (NYSE: LZB) 8.4% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.19, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.19. Revenue for the quarter came in at $338.91 million versus the consensus estimate of $325.45 million.
