Wedbush is reiterating its Outperform rating and $37 price target on shares of ACI Worldwide (NASDAQ: ACIW) as it believes that company is on track to grow operating profits at over a 20 percent rate going forward.
The firm believes that expectations from investors have not captured the company's momentum that it has been gathering over the last two years. Notes that it sees upside to Street's estimates in everything from Q2 results through 2012 EBITDA.
The CEO reported that he feels the company is in the best environment it has ever operated in.
Wedbush is anticipating on a large deal this year, which will set up double digit revenue growth for the next few years when combined with 2010's booking.
The firm feels the more stringent the Fed's new Durbin requirements for routing, the more opportunity ACIW will have to sell its Retail Commerce Server. It also believes that the company has the ability to provide additional transaction-related services with every transaction.
Currently Wedbush's 2011 EPS and revenue estimates are $1.12 and $463 million, mixed with the Street's of $1.17 and $452.9 million. Its 2012 estimates are $1.41 and $504.1 million, mixed with the Street's of $1.50 and $485.6 million.
