Campus Crest Communities (CCG) Declares $0.16 Quarterly Dividend; 5.3% Yield

Campus Crest Communities (NYSE: CCG) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.16 per share, or $0.64 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on July 13, 2011, to stockholders of record on June 29, 2011, with an ex-dividend date of June 27, 2011.

The annual yield on the dividend is 5.3 percent.
