J&J (JNJ) Announces Special Charge of $500-$600M in Q2 for Restructuring of Cordis; to Cut 900-1,000 Jobs

J&J (NYSE: JNJ) announces special charge related to restructuring plans for its Cordis subsidiary. The company will record an after-tax charge of $500-$600 million in Q2 as a result.

Related to the restructuring, J&J will cut its workforce by 900-1,000 jobs.
